M & G reached out a month before their wedding. Their initial wedding photographer had taken their money and ghosted them. They were looking for someone to photograph their unique wedding and were really looking for someone they could trust. I explained what working with me would look like, offered to meet them in person to make sure it was good fit and asked what they were wanting from their photographer. After a wonderful conversation, M & G said they would love to have us join them for their wedding event.
They had invited their friends and family to an engagement party. No one saw it coming when an hour or so into the party G gathered everyone to announce it was actually their wedding. The guests turned around to see that M had changed into a wedding dress. The guests parted to create an aisle for M to walk down as G put on his coat and tie.
M & G met on an dating site. Their first date was in winter were M wore a big puffy coat. During their date, M’s coat accidentally got burned by the fire pit. It is one of their favorite parts about the start of their story and they both mentioned it during their vows.
After the ceremony, M & G moved to the dance floor for their first dance, Simply the Best performed by Many Mountains, as husband and wife. Then M’s mom and aunts performed a surprise song for the newly weds.
The rest of the evening was spent dancing, reminiscing, eating sweets M made and celebrating M & G.
