A Golden Engagement

In the picturesque mountains near Golden, Colorado, Mary and Troy embarked on a journey to capture their love story through the lens of an engagement session. Our story began when Mary and I first met during a styled shoot for Dani West Bridal Boutique. Instantly connecting, Mary expressed how my posing tips made her feel at ease, laying the foundation for a seamless photography experience.

As fate would have it, Mary and Troy decided to entrust me with capturing their wedding day, a decision that brought us together once again for their complementary engagement session. For every wedding I photograph that is 6+ hours, couples receive this additional session as a gesture of building rapport and ensuring comfort in front of the camera.
